More India Visit Pics!

David Archuleta has traveled to India for a charityevent in late January. Photos from the 20-year-old singer's trip have recently hit the web, and they show him learning first hand what Rising Star Outreach's mission is. Washing an old man's foot and documenting an old lady's blood pressure are only some of the things he did.
The season 7 runner-up of "American Idol" traveled to the Asian country to help Rising Star Outreach celebrate World Leprosy Day, which was on January 31. Of the charity trip, he said, "It's really taught me a lot. I don't want to leave because it's really great to be around these kids and all these people."

During the trip, David traveled to a leprosy colony. He assisted the doctors with their work and inaugurated the Pathway of Hope, a granite lined pathway created with motivational inscriptions from fans. He also performed for and with the patients. Some of the songs he sang were "Angels" and "Crush".
