David started off this past Saturday, his second day back in Manila, with a photo shoot with his new co-stars, TV5 actresses Jasmine Curtis-Smith and Eula Caballero, for the upcoming mini-series “Nandito Ako”. Following the photo shoot, the cast and crew of the highly anticipated TV show met up for a story conference, and to film promotional trailers. David wrapped up the day, recording the mini-series’ title song “Nandito Ako”.
In “Nandito Ako” David plays Josh, a Filipino-American, born and raised in the Philippines, who was separated from his mother during a fire at the age of 5 and then moved to the USA. Years later, now a young man and international singer, Josh returns to the Philippines to find out what really happened to his mother, and to search for the little girl he encountered during the fire…
